What inspired your journey in your field?
Transforming from a corporate professional to a LadyPreneur. Fueled by a childhood dream, I ventured into entrepreneurship for a purposeful life. Now building my own legacy and inspiring my daughters along the way. My inspiration was the desire to live an intentional, purposeful life. I wanted to build something of my own and so....I did just that!

Took a leap of faith 5 years ago, investing our 401K and savings into my business. With a supportive husband and intentional decisions, I built a network, overcoming many challenges transforming them into opportunities. Now proud CEO of Elsun MedStaff & HR Consulting Services, LLC, serving 108 hospitals, providing 3.7 million+ patient care hours and counting. Still loan-free.
